We're a Licensed General Contractor
Most mitigation companies leave you to hire separate contractors once drying has taken place; SDB, however, has been licensed by the State of Georgia as a General Contractor so we can take charge of rebuilding services under one umbrella - meaning less coordination hassle, faster project completion timeframe and a single point of accountability throughout your recovery.
We Work With Your Insurance
Water damage claims can be complex. SDB understands this process well and documents every step - moisture readings, photo logs, drying reports and scope of work in accordance with what your insurance adjuster requires. We know what's involved and can guide the way forward.
